All that other part of the Parish of Ashton Under Lyne bounded on the north by the Boundary between Saddleworth and Mossley on the East by the River Tame on the south by a Road or footpath leading from Luzley to Scout on the west by a Road leading from Mossley Cross to Luzley and on the West by a road leading from North West by an imaginary line to be drawn from Mossley Cross through Valeside and Stamford Road at the Mechanics Institute to the extremity of the Hartshead District where the same joins Saddleworth at Carrhill and which includes Carrhill Mill, Queen St, Sun St, Croft St, Back Croft St, Mill St, Bank Side, West St, Old Mossley Brow from the termination of the last District (by No 8) and including the houses at Vale Side which are on the bottom or West side of the Old Mossley Brow. All the houses on both sides of the Ridge Hill Lanes and Staly House Turnpike Road between Carr Hill Mill up to and including such part of Scout as is not possible to include in District No 6
