Jim Lambert

Because of my interest in the Lambert family, I was given a copy of this photograph.

The man in the foreground with a top hat and moustache is supposedly called Jim Lambert and I suppose the Crescent Inn is on Crescent Road Dukinfield, but I'm not certain.

I have marked a question mark on his chest !! Can anyone give me any more?
