Description of Enumeration District

All that part of St Peter's Ward and part of the Ecclesiastical District of
St Peters, which is comprised within the South side of Manchester New Road
from West side of Shaw Brook to the Boundary westwards along the West Boundary
to and North side of Slate Lane, to the East side of Slate Lane, thence in direct line
eastwards to Shaw Brook and West side to Manchester New Road — including Crowthorn.
Also, all that part of St Peter's Ward and part of the Ecclesiastical District of St Stephen's
Audenshaw, which is comprised with the South side of a line direct eastwards from east end
of Slate Lane to Shaw Brook, West side said Brook to Stockport Road north side to Guide Bridge
thence along north west side of Canal to Boundary at Slate Lane, thence along south side of the said
Lane to its east end. — Including Warrens farm and Knott Houses.
