with the property belonging to James Schofield Junr and ending on the same side with the
property belonging to James Arundale including the New property built by him adjoining
to and behind the Old Cottages and ending on the Westerly side of Guide Lane with the
Cottages belonging to the Trustees of Thomas Platt and nearly opposite to the Cottage
belonging to James Arundale.
