DESCRIPTION OF ENUMERATION DISTRICT

[This description is to be written by the Enumerator from the Copy supplied to him by the Registrar. Any explanatory notes or observations calculated to the make the description cleareror more complete may be made by the Enumerator].

Commence with John Birch's Cottages on the Easterly side of Guide Lane and include
all on the same side down to Shepley Hall and the cottages at Shepley situate at
the bottom of the Garden and the two near the works together with the Farm House, then
all the Cottages on the said side to the end of Little Lane. Commence with Thomas
Fogg's Cottages on the Westerly side of Guide Lane and proceed on the same side to the
Rising Sun Inn, then takes both sides of Little Lane ending with the house and
Cots at Job Cartwright's on the one side and the Cottages belonging to John Slater
on the other.
