Commence with John Collins' butcher's shop in Katherine Street taking all the houses on the
north side to the Oldham Road incluing Concert Tavern then go along Water Street to
Gosford Street taking all the houses on the south side of ƒ Gosford Street to Warrington Street
then along Warrington Street taking all the houses on the West side (including parts of Gosford,
Jermyn, Tatton, Delamere & Gas Street and Swift's Yard to John Collins' house.
