Commence with Dewhirst's Houses Robinson Lane. Samuel Potts & the two
houses opposite Potts. Newalls Academy and all the houses on the east side of
Portland Street to Cotton Street including parts of Burlington, North, Katharine
and Moſs Street, along Cotton Street taking all the houses on the north side of
Bentinck Street, then take all the houses on the West side of Bentinck Street
to and including No 93.
