Commence with the 3 houses adjoining Hegginbottom's Mill on the west side of
Welbeck Street taking all the houses on the west side to Stamford Street taking
all the Houses on the south side to Margaret Street. Along Margaret Street
taking all the houses on the east side to and including No 10 along the south
side of Victoria Street commencing with Vents Beerhouse to Hadfield Street along
Hadfield Street from the top taking all the houses on the west side
to and including No 11 and the 8 topmost houses in Whittington Court
and all the houses included in this description.
