Commencing with Portland House Portland Street, taking all the
Houses on the East Side to Stamford Street, along Stamford Street, taking
all the Houses on the South Side to Bentinck Street, along Bentinck Street
taking all the houses on the West Side to and including Higher Bank Mill
and all the Houses included between Portland Street and Bentinck Street
South of Stamford Street.
