houses on the South Side to Delamere Street taking all the houses to Lower
Wharf Street an dall the houses on the South Side of Lower Wharf Street then
take all the houses on the East side of Mill Lane. Commencing with the next
house to Reyners Mill up to Stamford St and the whole of the houses included
between Mill Lane and Delamere Street South of Stamford Street.
