All that part of the Parish of Ashton Under Lyne including the residue of Hurst Brook, not contained
in the last mentioned District and which is bounded on the West by the Old Highway leading from
Ashton to Hazlehurst on the east by Hillgate Street and on the South by the Ashton Town Division.
