Col. 1.Col. 2.

All that part of the parish of Ashton under
Lyne commencing with the Tollbar House on the
Lees New Road being the first house in the Hurst Local
Board District. Cocks Oth' Oak, Broadoak and houses
adjoining Timperleys, Beswick Fold, and houses
adjoining then Spring Bank, and the houses near
thereto. Belfield House then all houses at Holebottom,
Hang Snigg and that part of Smallshaw within the
said Local Board, house at Crab Bank, The Firs
& houses adjoining Blue button Hall and all houses
on both sides of Union Road to the boundary of the
Borough of Ashton under Lyne and all the houses on the

north-easterly side of Mount Pleasant up to the boundary
of the said borough then all houses on the north-
westerly side of Hillgate St then all houses on
both sides of Water Street Back Water St and in
yards out of said streets St Ann St Brammah
St Whitworth St Taylor St Oldham St and
Winter Street and Back Taylor St.
