Commencing at 14 Newton St (both sides), Bayley St (Alias Geldhall St) Mossley Terrace, and Sidebottom St, both sides. Cottages in Garden at the top of Sidebottom St, Wakefield Road from No 2 to 110 on the Northerly side and all houses on the Southerly side to No 1 A. Then all houses in Kinder St; both sides; and Back Kinder St (alias Pearson St) and the houses in the Gardens at the top of the steps. All houses in Union St, both sides, all houses on the Northerly side of Warrington St (alias Cambridge St;) All houses in Cambridge St, Bond St St George's Terrace, Wallwork Terrace, Houses off St George's Terrace Gordon Terrace, the houses in the field and other houses about there.
