Commencing at Newmarket Inn, Mary St, and all cottages adjoining, then the houses above on Newmarket Road, Taunton Bank, Segg Row, Barlows Farm, Johnson's Houses, Houses all about the Woodcock Inn, proceeding towards and including Earnshaw St, and property all about Mr Leech's the Grocers in Leech's Place. Miss the Houses in Newmarket Road 2·4·6·8·10 and 12 as they are in Hartshead District. Come into Oldham Road taking the left hand and start at Swan St, (Howards Houses) and property opposite not touching the Cabin at the corner of Wood Lane— take both sides of Oldham Road and Streets branching therefrom until the Cooperative stores and adjoining properties are reached— These are all in Hartshead and you must miss these— Bishop St, John St, all about the Dog and Partridge. Work Oldham Road to Wellington St, then return to Johnstones Buildings and work the other side to the property built up to the Wellington Inn— Then the side streets, Wellington St, Hill St, Miller St, Picton St, Garforths Row, Williamsons, Anglesea St, Napoleon St, George St, Burton Row, Blucher St, Brunswick St and Ney St, proceeding down Cow Lane to Taunton Platting, Downing St, Paradise St in Rural Sanitary District–Parish of Christ Church, Ashton and Prestwich Parliamentary Division——The house on the brow belonging to the Brewery, Cottages leading to it, and Lyme Spring House and Cottages in Brewery yard, Riversvale and Lodge and Farms and Cottages at Tree House Bank—In the Parish of Holy Trinity Bardsley and Prestwich Parliamentary Division. |
