River Medlock on the west, dividing Oldham District from Ashton. On the North and East
the District of Saddleworth in the County of Yorkshire. On the South by the Northerly
part of the District of the Lees Urban District Council.

On the North side from Samuel Stotts House, Hey to Samuel Mellors Farm near
Huddersfield Rd. On the South side from Joseph Wareing's to Richard Holden's opposite Hey Schools
Then the Various Streets on the Lower Westerly Side which connect with Stamford Road and include Dunham St
Turner St, Dixon St, Smith St, Sloane St, remembering the cottages at the Back of Newton's Houses.
